Platform Overview HelpLoop is a peer-to-peer community support platform that connects members through a structured system where participants provide and receive support directly between one another. HelpLoop: Does not hold or process funds Does not act as a financial institution Does not guarantee outcomes or results 2. Eligibility You must: Be at least 18 years old Provide accurate information Verify your email Maintain only one account 3. Account Responsibility You are responsible for: Your login credentials All activity on your account 4. Bank Details Users must provide accurate bank details. HelpLoop is not responsible for incorrect or misdirected payments. 5. Platform Structure Users: Select a support package May be assigned to support another member May receive support from other members Participation depends on system activity and user participation. 6. Payments All payments are direct between members HelpLoop does not handle funds No guarantees of receiving support 7. Proof of Payment Users must upload valid proof of payment after sending support. False or misleading proof may result in account suspension. 8. Confirmation & Disputes Receivers confirm payments Disputes may be reviewed by admin HelpLoop may: Approve or reject proof Reassign users Resolve disputes 9. No Guarantees HelpLoop does not guarantee: Financial outcomes Completion of support cycles Availability of matches 10. Prohibited Activities Users may not: Create multiple accounts Submit false information Upload fake proof Manipulate the system 11. Admin Rights Admins may: Manage users and disputes Adjust system flow Suspend accounts 12. Notifications Users agree to receive system and email notifications. 13. Termination Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations. 14. Limitation of Liability HelpLoop is not liable for: Financial loss Missed payments User disputes 15.
